Run a Manual Self-TestIf your equipment is still plugged in and you want to test the unit without powering everything down:Press and hold the Power Button.Listen for the first beep, but keep holding the button.Release the button when the Online Icon starts to flash.The unit will run an automatic self-test and clear the error if the battery passes.Perform a Full Power Reset (Hard Reset)If the self-test fails or the error remains, clear any residual memory in the unit:Turn off the UPS and unplug all connected equipment.Unplug the UPS power cord from the wall outlet.Open the battery compartment and disconnect the internal battery.Press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds to drain any remaining power from the internal circuits.Reconnect the internal battery securely.Plug the power cord directly into a known good wall outlet.Turn the unit back on.
